How do I book a princess party?
It’s so easy to book one of our princess parties! Fill out your information using our online party planning form or simply call 518-788-1311.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking your princess party as far in advance as possible. Our princesses are extremely popular, so the sooner we know about your party, the better! However, don’t hesitate to contact us if your date is coming up soon. We specialize in last-minute events and will do everything we can to make your party happen. If your party is within 72 hours, there will be a last minute surcharge added to the cost of the event.
Does my princess party have to be at my home?
You can hold your princess party just about anywhere! Whether you’d like your own kingdom to be the venue or you’ve rented a hall, park, or other space, our princesses will be more than happy to make their grand entrance in the place of your choosing. Outdoor parties are okay as well, but we ask that you please be mindful of the conditions and have a backup plan in place should there be inclement weather.
When is the final payment due?
Payment is due in full with your signed contract to hold your reservation.
I have to cancel my party! What are my options?
Please contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel your event. From there we can try to re schedule as best as possible. We cannot guarantee availability based on prior bookings. No refunds are given upon cancellation.
Do I tip my princess?
Gratuities are not included or required, but greatly appreciated if you are impressed with your royal gathering. We LOVE getting feedback and seeing your photos and hearing your memories from your time with us, so please feel free to email them to us or post on our facebook page.

February 16 I just wanted to share that I was SO IMPRESSED with how amazing Princess Aurora was. She was such a beautiful spirit with great poise and was so in character the entire time. It wasn't incredible. You never know what you're going to get hiring talent, and i was concerned the princess wouldn't be able to genuinely entertain the kids, but I was mistaken. they were absolutely enamored and she brought them all so much excitement and joy. January 11 · I highly recommend this service!! We had Queen Elsa visit for my daughter’s 5th birthday party and it was a wonderful experience all around. The children were so surprised and happy to see the real Elsa! They were delighted with her singing, getting her autograph, taking pictures, listening to her read a story, and a couple other activities. It was a half hour jam packed with fun and very entertaining, and for a very fair price. Thank you Belle’s Princess Parties!! We are grateful for all the photos you took too! 😄

December 30, 2019 · Fantastic experience all around! My daughter was thrilled to have Princess Ariel attend her 4th birthday party. The entire visit was pure magic for our child! Ariel was fabulous interacting with the children while singing, dancing, story time, and pictures- she was even kind enough to take a few moments to spend with my little one on the swings. The price was extremely reasonable for the quality of service provided, not to mention the precious memories created!
